Overview

Parts Incorporated Africa (PIA), the warehousing and distribution arm of the Motus Aftermarket Parts Group, sells branded, guaranteed quality parts at competitive prices to its nationwide preferred customer base.

Operating primarily out of 9 locations situated in all the major metropolitan centres throughout South Africa, Parts Incorporated Africa has the necessary footprint to exceed our stated delivery promise. Each of the 9 locations is a self-standing customer-focused operation, each with a sales team consisting of internal tele-salesmen and external sales representatives. Employing more than 300 dedicated salespeople, the Motus Aftermarket Parts Group has ensured that the necessary expertise is on hand to assist the varying customer groups serviced.

The Motus Aftermarket Parts Group has 700 franchisees specifically targeting the service and retail spares markets. Dedicated regional Key Account managers (KAMS) are employed to focus on the needs of these franchisees.

Motus Trading Shanghai is a centralized warehouse based in Shanghai with a 20 000m² of scalable facility the benefits to the MAP organization include
